City Health Cluster Paramedic

Mr Keith Richards works for a number of GP surgeries within the City Centre and visits unwell patients at the request of the GP, who are unable to attend the surgery.

City Health Cluster Pharmacist

Mr Rhys Jenkins works for a number of GP surgeries within the City Centre.  He is available at the Kingsway Surgery every Wednesday.  

Rhys helps the surgery with medication reviews and queries, as well as minor ailments and is a pharmacist independent prescriber.

Community Midwives

Mrs Fiona Grindrod is responsible for the provision of antenatal care within the practice on a Tuesday and can be contacted at Singleton Hospital on 01792 205666.

Community Nurses

Sister Kate Hancock and Health Care Support Worker Mrs Yvonne Jones are able to visit patients in their own home when necessary to attend to a wide range of nursing requirements.

Exercise Therapist

Mrs Gill Kelly has a background in cardiac rehabilitation and runs our gym in the Healthy Living Hub at 34 The Kingsway. She is responsible for fitness assessments and the devising and supervision of individual exercise plans for patients

Health Visitors

Mrs Maria Doyle takes a lead in child health surveillance and immunisation's, as well as supporting parents and children in the community. Her contact number is  07896 437413.

Families with children under five years old living in a Flying Start area of Swansea should contact their Flying Start Health Visitor.
