The service is available for people of all ages who are experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress. Your call will be diverted directly to the Mental Health 111 team, where the call will be answered by a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner who is trained to have a meaningful conversation to understand the reason for the call, provide brief interventions over the phone and put you in touch with services for ongoing support.
