City Cluster Project Launches New Wellbeing Support Services in Swansea
The Swansea Wellbeing Centre has introduced the City Cluster Project, offering a range of free mental health and wellbeing services for residents aged 25 and under. This initiative aims to provide accessible support through various group programmes and assessments.
Available Services:

Life After Trauma Course: A six-week programme commencing on Monday, 16 June, from 12:45 PM to 2:00 PM, designed to assist individuals in processing and recovering from traumatic experiences.

Beyond Blue – Living With Less Stress / Coping Skills Group: Starting Thursday, 22 May, at 1:00 PM, this five-week course focuses on stress reduction and developing effective coping mechanisms.Apply Here

Re Think Pain Support Group: A four-week group beginning Thursday, 5 June, at 5:45 PM, aimed at individuals dealing with chronic pain, offering strategies for pain management and support. Apply Here

Interested individuals can self-refer by completing the online form available at City Cluster Project Registration. The form requires personal details, GP practice information, and consent for data storage in line with the Wellbeing Centre’s Data Protection Policy.
