Community Midwives

Rachel is responsible for the provision of antenatal care within the practice on a Tuesday and can be contacted at Singleton Hospital on 01792 205666.

Community Nurses

Sister Paula Williams and Health Care Support Worker Mrs Yvonne Jones are able to visit patients in their own home when necessary to attend to a wide range of nursing requirements. The District Nursing team can be contacted at the Central Hub on 01792 343360.

Mental Health Liaison Nurse

Tracey Williams is available on a Monday and Tuesday in the practice and provides mental health assessments and counselling. Appointments are arranged by referral from the doctors.

These teams work closely with us here at the surgery and are integral to the high quality of care that we are able to deliver at the Kingsway Surgery.

Exercise Therapist

Mrs Gill Kelly has a background in cardiac rehabilitation and runs our gym on the second floor of the surgery. She is responsible for fitness assessments and the devising and supervision of individual exercise plans for patients

Health Visitors

Maria Doyle takes a lead in child health surveillance and immunisations, as well as supporting parents and children in the community. Her contact number is  07896 437413. Families with children under five years old living in a Flying Start area of Swansea should contact their Flying Start Health Visitor.
